Terms of Service

Service plans and quotes
Residential cleanup is available in confirmed Texas service areas. Scheduling or purchasing service accepts these terms. Weekly and biweekly plans are prepaid monthly; monthly visits require approval. One-time, heavy-buildup, and unusual-access jobs need assessment. Large yards add $5 per dog monthly. Quotes show 8.25% tax. Submitting does not schedule or charge.
Payment, renewals, and cancellation
Square handles recurring billing. Review renewal terms before enrollment. Request pauses or cancellations by phone, text, or email. Cancellation ends after the paid period; that period is nonrefundable once service begins. No long-term contract.
Initial cleanup
Initial cleanup is free. The first payment covers the prepaid month plus tax.
Access and pets
Provide safe access. Inaccessible visits count as completed without refunds; we reasonably attempt rescheduling. We secure gates. Keep aggressive or anxious dogs indoors; unsafe visits may be skipped.
Scheduling and disposal
Weather may postpone visits. Holiday and route changes are communicated. Waste is double-bagged into your outdoor trash unless otherwise arranged.
Responsibility
Existing damage, pet damage, and uncontrollable conditions are excluded. Liability, where lawful, is limited to the affected paid period.
